All components are subject to availability and may be substituted for similar alternatives.  If substitutions vary significantly I will seek your authorisation before I proceed.



Returns Policy.  This does not apply to custom orders (personalised or bespoke products).


The customer has the right to return any ready-made item, even if it is not faulty, up to 14 days after receipt of the item.  Please contact me prior to returning your item stating the order details (date of order, your name, postal address, phone number (optional), email address you used to order, item name, quantity, price, etc.).  Once you have received a confirmation e-mail you may return it to the address on the contact me page, unused and in its original packaging, for a refund or exchange.

A refund will be made within thirty days.  The customer pays for the cost of return postage.


For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable unless faulty.


Cancelling a transaction.  This does not apply to custom orders (personalised or bespoke products).


The customer must inform Otter Originals if they wish to cancel their order and must do this in writing (email is sufficient).  You have the right to return your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.  Upon cancellation of the order Otter Originals will provide a full refund of the cost of the item, excluding any postage costs, within thirty days.



Return of faulty goods.


The customer has the right to return faulty goods up to six months after receipt of the goods.  A refund to include the cost of return postage will be offered within thirty days of the customer requesting a refund.
